The theme was apparently developed by Microsoft for Windows Media Centre. Makes for a nice dark theme for design work. Allows you to concentrate and focus on the image your working on rather than the surroundings. Lightroom is a perfect example of this, and this theme eliminates the distraction from the OS elements.
