Now this article grabbed my attention. The big guns are starting to move towards more advanced online applications. No doubt in light of the recent advancements in the AJAX technology.
Mr Gates is planning on releasing “Windows Live” and “Office Live” to compliment the current software offerings. The bussiness idea behind it is the open up oppourtunites for subscription services and advertising revenues.
With the big names in Technology all battling for some leg room, we can expect to see some bigger offerings from the other players to compete with these new products. If they do happen to take off….
