Slashdot | Netscape 8 Breaks IE XML

Talk about a flop, trip, fall flat or your face release for Netscape 8.

As the Slashdot.org article mentions above, Netscape 8.0 required fixes hours after the release. But now, get this, it breaks XML rendering in IE. Also if IE is not present Netscape 8.0 will not install (how do you uninstall IE anyway? It’s part of the damn system..).
