Opera’s latest version 8 has just been realeased. I’ve been using the Beta versions for a few months and I’ve very much enjoyed the experience and changes they have made.

They made changes to make the Opera experience easier without taking away functionality. They’ve simplified a number of their features and make it less daunting for new users. A big plus.

They’ve also resolved a number of niggling issues which I, with many other users, are glad about. Disappearing urls in the address bar for one.. :/

Now I haven’t really mentioned what it is exactly that I like about Opera 8. I could blabber on about each new feature I find cool and each bug fix that was ‘about time’. But why should I when you can just try it for yourself.

I recommend it. :)
