Laptop is back!

“Hi, I have a laptop in for repair and would just like to have a status update”
“Umm the last note is ‘for the customer to deliver’”
“Ahh long story, but is actually already there and hopefully being worked on”
“Oh, well I’ll get a Engineer to call you tomorrow to let you know what is happening with your laptop”
Not 30mins later…
“Rob your laptop just arrived!”
*chuckle* Good service, just not good communication when it comes to their call centres… Laptop was picked up Tuesday and returned Wednesday arvo, all by courier at no cost to me. :D
As I nuked the laptop before it was sent (needed it anyway) I’ve now got the boring task of reinstalling all my apps. But at least now the screen won’t go dark every few hours….
