Please back away from the money
Well my bank accounts have had an eventful week already.
I decided to open a new Savings account and move all my savings into there. So I closed my other one then initiated the transfer to the new account, no dramas there.
It was only when I went to pay off my credit card that I saw the balance of my life savings then proceeded to enter that into the amount field to pay to the credit card. Plus I ignored the confirmation screen. Never have I done that before and never have I lept so fast for the phone!
I get the call today to say it will be all back to normal tomorrow morning. The call was a bloody 6:45am however.. :/
But today, I bought lunch using my credit card as my account was now in the negative and I leave my card in the shop!!
Arggh…
Worst thing is I’ve got some bills to pay that have only a few days left before the due date which is another rarity for me…
Funny thing is, all I can do is laugh. :D
