New DVD – Space

Wooo! My new DVD just arrived! One of the strangest deliveries though.

I saw the postie zoom past my window (new young bloke so he’s pretty mad on the bike, so I really do mean zoomed. :P) so I ventured out to grab the mail.

I walked up to the letter box and saw a something white sitting behind it in the garden. At first I thought the mail had come through the back and fallen, I then realised the letter box is locked. Now I’m thinking wtf? I got closer and saw it was a lil package addressed to me… I turned it over and saw it came from C.H Ent in SA. Wtf? I don’t recognise that address… It was in a post package bag thing with some pretty piccies.

I then opened and found it to be my DVD from EzyDVD.com.au.

Space – The Final Frontier

Saw an episode of this series on the ABC a few nights back and loved it. Very well presented and easy to follow and understand.

Mmmm makes me want to buy a telescope and DSLR Camera yet again.

I came across your site after googling for “CH Ent”. I too ordered a DVD from EzyDVD the other day and when it arrived (with the case broken, dodgy packaging and a scratched DVD) I noticed that it was from CH Ent in SA! I have NO idea who these people are – as far as I was concerned I bought my DVD from Ezydvd and that’s who I expected to get it from. Not some dodgy backwater supplier who can’t wrap a DVD properly to post it. I wonder how many mailing lists we’ll both end up on now! Cheers :)

Was it the actual DVD that was scratched or just the case? Mine was actually wrapped in the security plastic, so it was okay.

I don’t mind if products end up getting sent from another place. If it’s easier for them and means I get the product quicker, no problem.

But the problem is if that is the case I expect a brief note somewhere to say where to expect it from and adequate packaging.

I never did contact EzyDVD regarding it as mine was not damaged. If your going to contact them regarding it let me know and I’ll fire an email to them aswell. Power in Numbers. :)

I found your blog after googling ‘C.H Ent’ also; I got a package addressed to me today containing a DVD of ‘scrubs’, but I’ve never even been to EzyDVD.com.au much less ordered anything. wtf?

    Very strange …

Me too! Its Christmas Eve today and I received the DVD of the latest Harry Potter film. I’ve never bought anything from EzyDVD.com.au. What’s C.H. Ent? I also don’t give out my address so this is very weird!
